However, your satisfaction matters to us!

If an item arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly send you a replacement item.
If the damaged item is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value.

To request a replacement, simply contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
