How do I send a preference or request?

Once your order is complete fill out the form and include your order number and your preference or request. Please understand this does not guarantee we will be able to fill your request however we will do our best with what we have in stock.

What are Themed Scoops?

Themed Scoops give you a chance to earn extra mystery balls, themed mini figures, themed sets (3–5 pieces), and other bonus items depending on availability.

What is a Themed Chance Grab Item?

These are random themed items pulled from a mixed basket. They match the current scoop theme and give you an extra chance to score bonus treasures.

What are Take a Chance Balls?

Take a Chance Balls give you opportunities to win extra balls and more prizes! They're our fun way of adding excitement and giving you the chance to receive something totally free with your purchase.

Why is shipping not included?

To keep our prices as low as they are we cannot include shipping. The shipping rates are based on each individual order based on destination, size of box and weight limit. If we were to include shipping we would have to increase our rates.
